The relationship formed with a psychotherapist can be very different to previous relationships. This may be your first experience of being truly listened to without judgement, of being accepted unconditionally and being fully met in the present moment. It may be a rare and special time in your busy schedule for self-reflection.
I will invite you to express and understand your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours and reflect on how to manage your life experience, transitions and challenges while supporting you to find new and more creative ways to resolve the issues, problems or crisis you are facing.
